We follow the same sequence on every project, so that you always know which stage the work is at and what happens next.

Survey and Needs Analysis
We visit the site, measure the existing conditions and listen to your brief.

Design and Technical Solution
Our technical office prepares floor plans, façade and detail solutions and presents the material options side by side.

Quantities, Quote and Contract
The quote is built from the scope of works and the quantities. The list you approve becomes an annex to the contract.

Programme and Site Set-Up
The sequence of works, the teams and the handover dates are fixed in a written programme, and the site is protected.

Execution and Inspection
Site teams build to the detail drawings; every item is inspected and recorded before it is closed up.

Handover and Aftercare
Handover is clean and comes with an operating and maintenance file. Support continues after handover.
