Scope and working method
The biggest risk in a turnkey project is the work being split between separate subcontractors with nobody accountable for the whole. At ARUS Teknik İnşaat we take the project on under a single contract and sequence structural work, mechanical and electrical services, façades, roofing, insulation and finishes according to a plan prepared by our own technical office.
We work on offices, residences, factories and commercial spaces, at every scale — from refurbishing an existing building to building from scratch. The quantities and scope of works produced during the survey become an annex to the contract, so the budget and the programme are agreed in writing from the outset.
What does turnkey construction work cover?
