A programme is a commitment, not a hope. If a delay becomes likely, we tell you before the date arrives, not after.
Transparent pricing
The quote is given item by item against the scope of works. Anything added later is added only at your request and in writing.
Getting the hidden work right
Insulation, services and substructures disappear once they are covered, which is exactly why we inspect them most closely.
A clean site
The work area is protected and handed back cleaned. How a site is kept is a fair indicator of how the work is done.
