Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by ARUS Teknik İnşaat Taahhüt San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("ARUS Teknik İnşaat" or "the Company") as data controller, within the scope set out below.

Through the contact and survey request form on this website we process your name, telephone number, e-mail address, the location of the work and any information you include in your message.

Transaction security data such as IP address and browser information may also be recorded so that the site functions correctly and securely.

Your personal data is processed in order to receive and assess your request, plan the site survey, prepare and send a quotation, carry out contractual processes, communicate with you and fulfil our legal obligations.

Your data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK — that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), that it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation (ç), and that it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller (f) — and, where these do not apply, on the basis of your explicit consent.

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to our e-mail and server infrastructure providers, our accountants and legal advisers, and to public authorities legally entitled to receive it. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Once your request has been concluded, your data is retained for the limitation and retention periods set out in the applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
