ARUS Teknik İnşaat was founded to bring together more than 30 years of experience and expert design solutions under one corporate roof. Based in Ankara, the company has the capability to operate throughout Türkiye as a design-and-build contractor.
With qualified site teams and a technical office that listens to your requirements and turns your ideas into the most practical and refined result, ARUS Teknik İnşaat works as your solution partner in offices, residences and factories.
The shortest description of our company is this: the people who draw it and the people who build it sit in the same office. Details produced by our technical office reach the site exactly as drawn, and what happens on site is fed straight back into the drawings. As a result there is no gap between design and execution — what you get at the end is what was agreed at the start.
We can take on a complete turnkey contract, and we handle single trades — façades, roofing, mechanical installations, insulation, tiling or painting — with the same care. Whatever the scale, we never depart from a written scope of works, a written programme and a single point of contact.
